Each order is custom printed to the selection at checkout and, as a result, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with a damaged product, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Ink and Elm reserves the right to request a photo of the issue/damage as we are an internet only business and cannot view in person.
